Life with asthma can be overwhelming sometimes and tonight is one of those times for Riley. When Brave Me Headquarters gets an alert that Riley’s bravery level is too low, the friendly robot Nano arrives to help Riley. With guidance from the stately lion Captain Conrad, they take Riley on a journey that includes visits to Medical Mountain, Emotion Ocean and Courage Canyon. As Riley learns more about what asthma really is, what some triggers are and how to handle asthma attacks, he also gets the chance to speak to a doctor and nurse. Not only do they answer his questions, but they prove to Riley that knowledge really is power. He boosts his bravery level even further by talking with kids exactly like him who live with asthma too. They really relate to Riley and help him see that he is never alone, there are many ways to feel calmer and that he can always turn to loved ones for support. During each part of his journey, Riley boosts his bravery and comes to realize that he is incredibly strong and can handle asthma because he has the strength of a lion!
